Cancellation & Returns Policy – Shreeram Bags

Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Upon successful cancellation, a full refund of the amount paid will be processed.


Returns

At Shreeram Bags, we strive to provide a hassle-free return experience.

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Only unused products are eligible for return.

  • Refunds will be processed within 2 days after the returned product is received and verified.

  • Return shipping/courier charges will be borne by the customer (unless the product is damaged or incorrect).


Return Eligibility Conditions

All returned products must meet the following criteria:

  • Correct Product: Brand, serial number, and model must match.

  • Complete Product: All accessories, tags, packaging, and freebies must be included.

  • Unused Product: The item must not be used.

  • Undamaged Product: The item must be unwashed, unsoiled, and free from stains, damage, or tampering.


Non-Acceptance of Orders

  • Cash on Delivery (COD):
    If a COD order is not accepted, future orders will be restricted to prepaid only.

  • Prepaid Orders:
    If a prepaid order is not accepted, the refund will be processed after deducting reverse shipping charges.


Damaged or Defective Products

We ensure secure packaging, but if you receive a damaged item:

After verification:

  • A full refund or replacement will be provided

  • No return shipping charges will be applicable to the customer
