SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING CHARGES

We offer free shipping on all orders across India, including both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

There are no hidden charges. The price displayed on the product page is inclusive of all applicable costs such as taxes, shipping, and delivery.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

In case a customer does not accept the order:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
    If a COD order is not accepted at the time of delivery, the customer may be restricted to placing only prepaid orders in the future.

  • Prepaid Orders:
    If a prepaid order is not accepted, the refund will be processed after deducting applicable reverse shipping/courier charges.

DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • North & West India: 3–7 business days

  • South & East India: 5–10 business days

  • North-Eastern India: 12–15 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as logistics delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
