REFUND & RETURN POLICY
CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled before the item(s) are shipped. If the order is successfully cancelled, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
RETURNS
All unused products are eligible for return within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Return packaging and shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
Once the product is returned, it will be inspected based on the following conditions:

Correct Product: The brand, serial number, and model must match the original order

Complete Product: All accessories, tags, manuals, and freebies must be included

Unused Product: The item must be unused

Undamaged Product: The product must not be damaged, washed, soiled, or tampered with
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7–15 business days.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are not refundable.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund (if unpaid).
For returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
